From a background in technical, marketing and sales roles in international agribusiness, Jim has, since 1998, been a consultant in these roles to many of the leading names in this sector. He founded Alliance Business Management in 2000 and has been its principal since then. With Web Brown he founded Riverwest Technologies in 2003.

He has specialized in the areas of technology transfer, manufacture under license agreements, new product development and funding of research and development projects for clients in United States, Canada, Europe and Japan.

Web Brown comes from a sales and production background in the animal nutrition industry in United States and Canada. He has set up, run and sold many businesses for both himself and others in the last 30 years.

He is the founder of Riverwest Technologies, a company in the specialist animal nutrition business and based in Winnipeg, Canada and he specializes in the sourcing and marketing of new products to the North American animal nutrition business.
